At a glance

  • This is our studio website. Our first apps are still in development; there are no accounts, purchases or subscriptions here.
  • You keep the rights to material you send us. We use it only as needed to handle your request.
  • Brazilian law applies, including mandatory consumer and privacy protections. These terms do not waive those rights.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

This website, fbaistudio.com.br, is operated by FB AI STUDIO LTDA, a company established in Brazil, registered under CNPJ 69.901.447/0001-38, using the name FB AI Studio. Our contact address is apps@fbaistudio.com.br.

These terms describe the conditions for accessing this website and communicating with us through its contact links. They take effect when published. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled; visiting the website does not, by itself, provide consent for unrelated data processing.

Our first apps are in development. A future app or service will identify the terms and privacy notices that apply before you use it. This website does not currently provide app accounts, uploads, AI tools, purchases or subscriptions.

2. Using the website

You may browse the website and contact us for lawful purposes. Where an action requires legal capacity, a person under 18 must have the representation or assistance required by Brazilian law. Reading the public website does not require an account or proof of age.

Do not use the website to impersonate someone, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls, or deliberately disrupt the site. Any restriction is subject to activities that applicable law expressly permits.

3. Website content and intellectual property

The studio name, website design, illustrations, text and software belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may view the site and make copies allowed by law. Access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to present our branding as your own, resell website materials or imply our endorsement.

Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licences. Statutory exceptions, including permitted quotation and other lawful uses, remain available.

4. Messages and material you send

You retain ownership of messages, suggestions and attachments you send. You authorize only the handling and limited copying needed to receive, investigate and answer your request, protect rights and meet legal obligations. This does not give us a general right to publish your content or use it to train AI models.

Send only material you are entitled to share. Avoid passwords, payment-card details, intimate media and unnecessary sensitive information. Do not send unlawful content or another person's confidential information without authority. Personal data in correspondence is handled under our Privacy Policy.

5. Future apps, payments and subscriptions

A development announcement or illustration is not a promise of a release date, specific feature or purchase entitlement. If we offer paid apps, trials or subscriptions later, the applicable offer will explain the publisher, price, included features, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund arrangements before you purchase.

Where the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code applies, its mandatory protections remain available, including the seven-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance contracts under article 49. App-store procedures do not remove rights or responsibilities established by law. Product-specific permissions, AI limitations and data practices will be explained for each relevant app.

6. Links and third-party services

Links may take you to services operated by others, whose terms and privacy practices apply to their own activities. We do not control those services. A link alone is not an endorsement, and this provision does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law assigns to us.

7. Availability and updates

We aim to keep studio information accurate and the website accessible, but maintenance, network failures and security incidents can cause interruptions. We may correct information, maintain the site or restrict abusive access. We will respect any legal duties to provide notice or preserve access.

The website introduces our work. It does not provide medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. No statement here changes the obligations attached to an actual offer or service under applicable law.

8. Responsibility and consumer rights

Each party is responsible under applicable law for its conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory guarantees, required remedies, compensation for damage where legally due, or rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, LGPD or other mandatory rules.

These terms do not impose a fixed monetary liability cap or a blanket exclusion of our responsibility for defective services. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal protection, that protection prevails and the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply.

9. Brazilian law and disputes

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, without reducing mandatory protections that also apply in your place of residence. The Portuguese and English versions are intended to have the same meaning. A translation difference does not reduce mandatory rights.

You may contact us to seek a solution, but doing so is not a condition for approaching Procon, the ANPD, another competent authority or the courts. Disputes may be brought before the legally competent court, including the consumer's place of residence where the law provides. There is no mandatory arbitration clause or exclusive foreign forum.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the website or the law. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when required. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights that have already arisen.
